We’ve been named as a finalist in the 2015 Business Leader Awards.

The event is one of the most prestigious business awards in the South West and celebrates business and enterprise, across small, medium and large companies.

Due to our phenomenal growth over the past three years, we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Fast Track Business category.

Over 140 entries were received across all categories – with the judges saying that the quality and level of entries was extraordinary.

This year’s event, being held in Bristol on Thursday September 24, will be hosted by Gyles Brandreth, with a guest appearance from Caprice Bourret.

“With each passing month over the last three years we’ve achieved record turnover compared to the same time the previous year. We have also expanded geographically, opening new branches to meet increasing demand from housing developers,” said Lindsey Young, HR & Training Director.

“We are delighted to be the only electrical contractor shortlisted as part of these prestigious awards and are looking forward to businesses throughout the South West learning more about our work,” added Mrs Young.

Our track record of impressive growth looks set to continue with ambitious plans to recruit further apprentices before the end of 2015 to cope with the growing demand for new homes to be built in England & Wales.

NHBC, the UK’s leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes, recently announced that the number of new homes being registered to be built across the UK continues to outperform 2014 levels.

“Forecasts for increasing numbers of new homes being built in 2015 and beyond presents exciting growth opportunities for Clarkson Evans. We’re proud to be supporting our house building customers as they continue to meet the needs of our growing economy,” added Mrs Young.
