the course:
This course is aimed at either:
Those already working in the electrical industry who wish to gain in-depth technical
knowledge without completing an apprenticeship;
or
Those wishing to gain in-depth technical knowledge as a route into the industry.
The 2330 replaces the 2351 and 2360 as the
main theory qualification for electricians.
The course is divided into two parts that
can be taken separately: level 2 and level 3. Level 2 is designed
for beginners and progressively moves onto more demanding
electrical theory. Level 3 covers more advanced topics.
The course focuses on theory lessons but
some practical sessions are included.
pre-requisites:
To study level 2 students must be able to demonstrate a minimum
level of maths skills. If students do not have GCSE/O’ Level
maths grade C or above (or equivalent), they may be required
to complete a maths test to determine eligibility for the
course.
To study level 3 students must have first
completed 2330 level 2 or the 2360 part 1.

Assessment is through a series of multiple-choice on-line exams and practical assessments that are undertaken in our training centre. |
