We recruit and train around 35 electrical apprentices every year. All apprentices are based at either our head office or one of our regional branches and they attend our training centre in Gloucester for one day a week.

Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme 2008

The Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme for 2008 has now closed. Our next annual recruitment will begin in early 2009, please send us your details and we will keep them on file to send you more information closer to the time.

We do occasionally recruit additional apprentices during the late summer and autumn; if this does occur we will contact you and offer you the chance to apply.

other employers

We train apprentices for around 25 other employers. Usually this is delivered on a day release basis but we can offer block release training for large groups.

All off-the-job training takes place at our training centre, including the AM2 test. The employer provides on-site experience.
