Clarkson Evans named as finalists in the PwC West of England Business of the Year Awards 2016

Clarkson Evans has been named as a finalist in the PwC West of England Business of the Year Awards 2016.

The UK’s leading electrical contractor is a finalist in the category of businesses which have a turnover of more than £30m per year.

The award, sponsored by PwC, recognises companies that prove excellence in product innovation, training and personnel related matters and those who make a significant contribution to the region.

Clarkson Evans' Production Director, Nathan Evans, who’ll be promoted to Managing Director later this month said: “We are delighted to be finalists in the West of England Business of the Year Awards 2016. To be shortlisted for this prestigious award is testament to our passion and drive to be one of the best companies to work for and to have a really positive impact within our industry and the community.”

Clarkson Evans has been shortlisted for the awards alongside five other companies all hoping to be crowned West of England Business of the Year 2016.

Katharine Finn, PwC regional leader for the West and Wales, said: “The shortlisted companies represent the very best of business in the West of England. These businesses have created fantastic opportunities for themselves and those they employ. They are to be celebrated and recognised for their contribution to not only the regional economy but to the UK and overseas.”

The 28th annual awards will be presented at a gala dinner in Bristol on Wednesday 6 July 2016, which will be hosted by Ian Axton of ITV West Country.
