Each office-based project team is allocated a small number of customers – usually no more than two or three house builders – meaning they are able to build good working relationships with their customers and gain detailed knowledge of their house types and specifications.
Our project teams are led by a project manager who prepares and submits the initial tender, attends pre-start meetings, organises the setting up of site welfare facilities and the sales complex, ensures the accuracy of material schedules and deals with drawing amendments and purchaser extras.
The project manager is also responsible for all invoicing and invoice queries. Predominantly office-based, they are available from 7am to 5pm (on mobile before 8am) for any issues our customers wish to discuss.
Working alongside the project manager there is usually an assistant project manager and a project coordinator.
