Regional supervisors

Each regional branch is headed up by a regional supervisor who has responsibility for the smooth running of the branch. Reporting directly to our production director, the regional supervisors allocate labour and resources and visit site regularly to ensure that work is progressing to site managers’ complete satisfaction.

Supervisors will carry out regular inspections, test a selection of completed installations and also accompany the quality auditors on their regular inspections. They are responsible for day-to-day health and safety issues on site, being the site manager’s point of contact for any problems that cannot be resolved directly with the team leader.
