How do I stop my alarm going off after a power cut?

What do I do if I have forgotten my alarm code?

For obvious reasons, we do not keep records of individual alarm codes. However if you have forgotten your alarm code and are signed up to a maintenance contract with us we can arrange for one of our alarm engineers to visit your property and reset it for you, either free of charge on your next planned service visit, or if required more urgently, as a chargeable visit.

If you do not have a maintenance contract with us we can reset the alarm code but would charge you a call-out fee for one of our alarm engineers to visit your property, plus an annual maintenance contract fee as we do not complete works on non-contracted properties.

We understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to alter your alarm service appointment. Please telephone 01452 858999 or email alarms@clarksonevans.co.uk to rearrange your appointment, giving us as much notice as possible.
