We’re looking for someone to provide systems and process expertise to support us during a period of transformation across our entire business.  You’ll join us during the implementation of Sage People and will help us move this onto the next stage while making a significant contribution to the development and or replacement of our existing legacy systems that are at the core of our business.  You’ll need to be experienced in doing a similar role and be able to act as the bridge between the needs of the business and technology, translating these into an overall strategy and playing a key role in delivering the solutions.

You’ll be working closely with key business stakeholders in capturing, shaping, prioritising and defining our requirements, gaining an understanding of our existing systems and be able to exploit their capabilities and identify areas for improvement, analysing “as is” and “to be” business processes.  Recommending and implementing changes as necessary in order to allow the business to improve its overall processes and providing clear and concise explanations of complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar role across a range of businesses of differing sizes, ideally with some experience gained within the construction sector.  You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels across the business.

Based at our head office in Staverton, Gloucester and reporting to our Chief Financial Officer working a 39-hour week; 9-5 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday.
