We’ve got ten customer care administrators, six regional engineers and two alarms specialists, all delivering an excellent service, but we’re aiming higher – we want our customer care to be truly exceptional.

Maybe you’ve heard of us, maybe you haven’t. What you may not know is that we’re one of the biggest electrical contractors in the UK. We’ve got 20 branches and last year alone, we wired more than 21,000 new homes. With a booming order book and an enviable apprentice training academy, we’ve got ambitious plans for expansion into the north and the east of the country. We’re the contractors of choice for the largest and most respected house builders in the UK and in our 37 years in business, we’ve picked up more than a few awards.

If you’ve got a shining track record in customer care management – ideally in the construction industry – and you have the energy, enthusiasm, eye for detail and people skills to deliver a first-class service, we want to hear from you.

Reporting to our Commercial Director, you’ll have superb organisational and leadership skills, the sort of mind that always sees a better way of doing things and the ability to draw the best performance out of your 18-strong team.

You’ll make sure that this busy department meets targets and KPI’s, reduces costs and above all, that customer expectations are always met. You’ll produce clear, concise and actionable reports, taking ownership for delivery and results. In return, you’ll enjoy the freedom to apply your expertise and see for yourself the considerable difference you’re able to make.

You’ll be based at our HQ in Gloucester, but you’ll need to travel to meetings and seminars every now and then. Throughout the year there’ll be opportunities to meet and entertain clients – at awards ceremonies, dinners and at our grand corporate golf day.
