Today we wire over 24,000 new homes annually and offer solar PV and battery storage solutions too.

We operate from 21 branches across England and Wales. While the coverage is national, the service is local and tailored to the needs of each builder.

Pride in the Job

Quality workmanship matters to us. Each year we work on dozens of NHBC Pride in the Job Award winning sites.


Our electrical teams audit every plot they wire and our Quality Assurance Team double checks a sample of plots. Here's an example of the completed checklists we automatically send to site managers.

Safer PV and Battery Storage

We install Huawei’s FusionSolar smart PV solutions to improve the safety of solar panel systems. These new generation string inverters reduce fire risks and provide a future-proof solution for adding battery storage.

With an army of over 600 directly employed site-based staff across the country we’re used to responding to year-end and half-year targets and working to build programmes.

 

Our dedicated Customer Care Team provides aftercare for homeowners, including a 24-hour emergency callout service.

Technical Expertise

With our decades of experience and our dedicated Technical Team, we’re used to providing specialist technical advice to our customers. We’ll also give feedback on products, designed to help you specify the right quality for your homes.


We’ve even developed a few products of our own over the years such as our socket spacers, cleverly designed to make accurate socket spacing more simple.


Skills Investment

We’re always training future electricians and PV installers, with over 50 apprenticeship places offered every year.

Homeowner Advice

If there’s an electrical problem in your home that may require a customer care visit, for properties within the 2-year warranty period you should contact your house builder and they will ask us to resolve it.

 

For a quote to resolve a problem after the 2-year warranty has ended, email customercare@clarksonevans.co.uk or call us on 01452 858999. Opening hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Fridays 8am to 4pm.

 

Our out-of-hours emergency service operates 24/7 if there’s no heating or hot water (winter only), power is continually tripping out, alarm is continually sounding or there’s a possible health & safety risk. Call us on 01452 530336.
